The creative elf invites you to experience a moment of introspection and vibrational sharing through connection to the ancestral Spirits of the Earth. Come discover how the Spirits of the Drum or Rattle are great messengers. They will introduce you to the wisdom of our Mother Earth, elevate your vibrations while balancing what is essential for your physical, spiritual, and emotional harmony.

This day of introspection, internalization, experimentation, and exchange unfolds consciously in the present moment in a sacred space to allow for a moment of serenity. This vibrational experience offers you the opportunity to journey into the underworld to the sound of the Drum, connecting you to your creative power.

Offerings of the day include:

• ● Experimentation with divinatory techniques using different natural materials
• ● Shamanic practice accompanied by the Drum for safe travels
• ● Experience a connection to Mother Earth
• ● Encounter your power animal and/or ally and discover how they can guide you
• ● Develop your own method of connecting to what is essential for you

Essentials:

• ● A small blindfold to cover your eyes
• ● A small book and pencil to note your experiments and track the progress of your discoveries
• ● A blanket, Drum, and Rattle (optional)
• ● A small cup: there will be herbal tea available on-site
• ● Clothing suitable for any type of weather
• ● Your cold lunch.

The Elfe Créative Center, focused on sharing a passion for ancestral wisdom and elevating consciousness through nature-connected experiences, will host workshops at the LUPO Wolf Sanctuary this summer. Isabel, after 22 wonderful years as a specialized education technician in the healthcare field, chose to follow her heart at the age of 50 and accompany individuals on their personal journeys. She offers unique mindfulness guidance and support during these workshops and events.
